Important Information:- This fitness class is for MARC Members only or purchase a MARC day pass before the class begins.
- No drop-ins allowed – all participants must register online or in-person at the 1st floor front desk.
- Registration closes 10 minutes before class starts – don’t miss out!
Yoga Flow with Cathy:This class offers a strong, athletic, and energizing practice designed to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and focus. We will begin with 20-30 minutes of continuous, breath-driven movements (vinyasa), then gradually slow down into balancing poses and deep stretches. Participants will benefit from feeling comfortable moving at a steady pace and transitioning up and down from the floor, but all levels are truly welcome! Just listen to your body and take rests as needed! Modifications will be offered throughout, with options to dial the practice up or down. Come flow with me!
Instructor: CathyAges: 16+Class Rules: Please arrive 5 minutes early for equipment setup. Please bring your own Yoga Mat as only thin mats will be available. All other equipment will be provided.
Class Reminder: To help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated during class. Participants causing disruptions may be asked to leave the class. Thank you for your cooperation and respect for fellow participants and instructors.
