The dragon is back in town! Well… not really. That’s the story a ragtag band of innkeepers makes up, desperate to draw questing heroes to the struggling Dancing Dragon Inn. Soon the inn is full of unexpected guests, from an army of princesses out to prove their bravery, to a group of overwhelmed heroes trying to hold onto their fame. But what happens if they all discover the innkeepers’ dragon story is made up? Could there be more than one way to save the day? An epic folk-rock score brings magic to this funny, heartfelt fantasy musical. MLT’s Children’s Theatre productions are age-appropriate scripted musicals licensed from companies who specialize in children’s theatrical titles. Each child will be cast with a speaking and singing part, usually with choreographed movement. We limit our program to a maximum of 24 children. Everyone has a unique role to play. Schedule: Spring Children's Theatre - 2/11/2025-4/17/2025 - Tuesday & Thursday - 3:30pm-5:30pm (no rehearsal during Feb or April school vacation weeks) Spring Children's Theatre - Tech Week - 4/28/2025-5/1/2025 - Monday-Thursday - 3:30pm-7:00pm Spring Children's Theatre Performance Day Friday - 5/2 - Friday - 3:30pm-7:30pm (Performance at 5:30pm) Spring Children's Theatre Performance Day Saturday - 5/3 - Saturday - 11:00am-2:30pm, 4:30pm-7:30pm (Performances at 1pm and 5:30pm) Spring Children's Theatre Performance Day Sunday - 5/4 - Sunday - 11:00pm-2:30pm (Performance at 1pm) $50.00 off for each additional child in family
