About This Activity
From circuit to soil, the new age of exploration has begun! “Dig & Drive 1.0” is designed for the grade K-3 student combining the excitement of robotics using Sphero BOLT with the world of archaeology. Students become robotic explorers, navigating “ancient” sites by decoding clues, excavating unknown regions and collecting virtual artifacts—all while learning fundamental programming and problem-solving skills. All students are welcome and comes with a student showcase – no experience necessary. Taught by Mountain View’s STEM Specialist, Dr. Z! Our Community Partners: Tellus Museum & Fernbank Museum.
