For those who: Have participated in at least one season of Recreational or Competitive Prep Rowing and are preparing to race in the fall AND those who have prior racing experience Will attend both in person training sessions and complete the at home workouts Are ready mentally and physically to increase their intensity and training volume Tier focus: mastering the training skills needed to excel on the Racing Team in the fall Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays/Saturdays 7:30-10AM Week 1 June 3/5/7/8 Week 2 June 10/12/14/15 Week 3 June 17/19/21/22 Week 4 June 24/26/28/29 Week 5 July 1/3/5/6 Week 6 July 8/10/12/13 Week 7 July 15/17/19/20 Week 8 July 22/24/26/27 Week 9 July 29/31/August 2/3 Charges will be made after signing up.
