Miss Emily from the Kingman Collection will be joining us again this year. We will be learning all about nocturnal animals. Participants will spend the first 3 days of camp making art about nocturnal animals. We will be putting it on display in the Douglas Wolfe Educational Gallery alongside some specimens from the Kingman collection. The last day of camp we will be meeting at the Kiwanis Youth Conservation Area located at 22300 15 Mile Road, Bellevue, MI, where we become the nocturnal animals. We will go on a night hike, do some nocturnal games and roast some marshmallows at the fire pit. Parents are welcome to attend and participate any siblings that attend must be at least 5 years of age. We know this is late, but what fun to be out in the dark. Have your kids nap during the day like a true nocturnal animal. You will receive additional information about the night hike when you register.
