About This Activity
This camp will teach kids the basics of running and the importance of the sport. We will work on distance running, sprinting, dynamic drills, core, yoga, strength, agility, and stretching. We will incorporate running into various games and activities to keep things fun and competitive. We will end the week with a friendly race day including sprints, relays, and distance races.
