About This Activity
Augusta Prep Lower School cross country program is designed to provide a fun running environment in which children of all abilities will be guided towards their own personal best. The cross country team is a program that teaches the fundamentals of running and distance running. Participants will learn how to run more efficiently, judge their running pace, learn basic warm-up/cool-down strategies and increase running endurance.
