Gourmet Sweet is back by popular demand! This hands-on baking camp teaches young bakers essential kitchen and food safety while introducing fundamental baking techniques and the science behind key ingredients. Campers will apply their skills by creating several kid-tested, kid-approved gourmet sweet recipes they’ll be excited to share at home. Not your average cupcake and cookies, these recipes are bakery worthy! And with plenty of taste-testing, hands-on learning, and lots of fun, this session builds confidence and creativity in the kitchen. Bakers will take home recipes at the end of the week. Perfect for all baking level. Learning has never tasted so good!
