In this creative camp, campers build, experiment, and discover how everyday technology works. Campers explore the science behind everyday technology as they create circuits, power gadgets, and build simple machines that move, light up, and react. Throughout the week, campers solder a blinking robot, build paper circuits, experiment with electromagnets, and create solar-powered and air-powered racers. They test forces like gravity, magnetism, and motion through games and engineering challenges, from magnetic levitation to rubber-band and propeller-driven cars. Campers also explore creative ways to generate power using the sun, batteries, and even fruit to better understand how electricity flows and how energy can be used in different ways. Every day includes building, testing, and problem-solving, with campers taking home the gadgets and creations they make.
