About This Activity
We are excited to announce our first ever Rifle Club! Who is Rifle Club for? Our new Rifle Club is designed for students who are interested in growing their rifle skills and taking their shooting abilities further. This club will focus on developing safe firearm handling, improving marksmanship, and building confidence through consistent practice, fun challenges and guided instruction from our coaches. Whether students are newer to rifle shooting or looking to sharpen their skills, this club provides a great opportunity for continued growth and development. A weekly devotional is also an important part of our time together and our goal is to help each participant grow in their character and faith. Our future and long-term hope for this club is for students to be able to compete in local and state matches for those who might be interested. Similar to our archery team program that we offer at On Target. We are going to possibly participate in a local competitive match during our time together if everything works out and there is an opportunity. Rifle Club will be an eight week program on Tuesday nights from 6pm-7:30pm starting May 5th and will run through June 23rd. Space will be limited to 10 shooters. Ages 11 - 18 year old. Shooters are welcome to use their own .22 rifles or ours (we will provide a list of approved equipment). Ammo will be provided.
