Players of all levels are welcome in this week of soccer skill-building and friendly competition. Athletes can improve their overall skills, awareness, fitness, and confidence to play soccer. All sessions will focus on: • Fun: Athletes will explore various games, such as tag and 1-v-1 to hone their individual offensive and defensive skills • Skills & Tricks: individual dribbling, passing, shooting, and mini-games will help them get ready to play in a team environment. • Game Fitness: All sessions are designed to improve athletes’ strength, speed, coordination, balance, and endurance through fun exercises, such as jumping, racing and relays. Campers should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable athletic clothes, shin-guards, and sneakers.
