Students will dive into the inspiring theme “Healthy Body, Healthy Mind” through a week of hands-on cultural, physical, and creative experiences. They’ll build strength, balance, and mindfulness with Chinese martial arts and yoga, express rhythm and storytelling through Indian dance, and have the opportunity to explore henna art design (optional for students). A special visit to the National Museum of Asian Art in Washington, D.C. will bring history and culture to life beyond the classroom. Students will also unleash their creativity by designing shadow puppets and enjoy connection and teamwork while playing traditional folk games from around the world. This enriching week blends movement, creativity, and cultural discovery — all while nurturing both a healthy body and a healthy mind. Teachers: Ms. Tozzi and Ms. Mauri
