About This Activity
Description
Empower your child to help with the cooking by learning real knife skills that will stay with them as long as they cook. Kids will learn special techniques for cutting onions, carrots, peppers and other fruits and vegetables. They will learn how to paste garlic, mince parsley and make chiffonade of lettuce as well as safely cut French bread. A light meal will be served during class. Instructor: Chef Joel Olson.8-14 years
