About This Activity
Advisor: Alexander Philipov Email: aphilipo@gmu.edu Club members will explore the fundamentals of computer engineering by simulating integrated circuits in Minecraft using redstone. Students will begin by learning and building basic logic gates before advancing to more complex projects, including calculators and other computational systems. Through hands-on experimentation, members will develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and a deeper understanding of how circuits and computers function. Participants will need Minecraft Java Edition on a laptop or portable computer that they can bring to school for club activities and projects.
