About This Activity
BASIS Independent McLean Summer Camp is a thrilling adventure where campers create unforgettable memories and develop valuable skills. Every week, campers immerse themselves in hands-on activities, from science and nature exploration to creative and performing arts, as well as sports, and games. Our camp offers a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor adventures, packed with excitement. Special guests and on-campus events bring an extra layer of fun. This week’s theme, Camping Adventure, invites campers to spend a week discovering ecology and sustainability through interactive, hands-on projects, teamwork challenges, and engaging activities that bring the natural world to life. Our weekly special activity will feature an on-campus visit from Go Adventures, bringing exciting outdoor skills and team-building experiences directly to our campers.
