About This Activity
BASIS Independent McLean Summer Camp is a thrilling experience where campers create unforgettable memories and develop valuable skills. Each week features engaging, hands-on activities—from science and nature exploration to creative and performing arts, sports, and games—offering the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor fun. Special guests and on-campus events add an extra layer of excitement. This week’s theme, Carnival Craze, invites campers to step right up and explore physics, design, and teamwork through fun, hands-on carnival-themed challenges. Full-day campers in Grades 1–5 will also enjoy a field trip to Fun Land, diving into a world of games, rides, and exciting attractions. From thrilling rides to classic carnival games, this adventure brings the Carnival Craze theme to life with nonstop fun, laughter, and teamwork.
