Description
Parent Child YogaA fun yoga routine for children and parents. The class is designed to accommodate wandering little minds and parents keen to get in a little exercise! The class incorporates unique partner and group poses that encourage family bonding and help children build confidence and self-esteem. Kids are able to learn new poses, stretch into new positions and stabilize their mind. The children have the opportunity to build their skills across several levels of achievement and receive awards for each level of progression. The class also includes a specially designed mat for children, props, an app and youtube channel for you to practice at home.
