About This Activity
Description
Get all your fitness needs covered with a range of cardio, resistance, weights, and water workouts to build endurance and strength. Increase your agility, range of motion, mobility, and boost your metabolism while torching calories!
Register for all five days, or choose from water or land-only workouts
Land workouts will be at the Admin Gym on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Pool workouts will be at MRC on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
