About This Activity
Students must be potty trained. Ages 4+. If you were a robot, what would your art look like? What is the world’s weirdest idea? How will your art shape the future? Attention Humanoid. Your presence is requested at Create Your World Summer Camp to learn the future of art! Step right up and into the designer's chair to create your very own land of rides, snacks, games, and characters. Then, bring them to life through sketches, dioramas, and kinetic movement. Theme park thrills, creative storytelling, and epic design collide. At Create Your World Summer Camp, we'll be combining the fun and excitement of gaming with the limitless potential of art. Each week a Special Guest Artist will visit us to share their techniques and art within the weekly theme. Camp producer and collage artist Derek Gores will lead some of the prompts in this exciting week full of surreal surprises. Oh, THAT can be art? Get artsy while cooling off with a water activity Mid-Week! Then Friday is the big show! Campers will put on an art show to display their water-inspired creations for all to see! Join us for a fun-filled week of exploration, creativity, and endless possibilities!
