Life skills & fitness disguised as fun! An innovative program that uses martial arts to deliver life skills such as discipline, focus, and confidence. This class will be taught by Mr. Travis Noel, a black belt in martial arts. Travis Noel has been involved in martial arts for many years and his school has been a staple of the community for over 20 years. Mr. Travis believes there is a positive impact martial arts can truly have on people's lives by instilling in them purpose, direction, and focus. Parents will be invited to a presentation on the last day of class to see what the students have learned. No class the week of fall break, October 8th.
