About This Activity
Do you want to be an author? Well, this summer, your child can become a published author! Publishing a book helps students embrace their creative side. Students will draw (illustrate) and write their own story, which will be published as a storybook. Students will need to have a story idea ready before class. Students will receive a copy of their published book at the end of June. This class will be taught by Sophia Ruvalcaba, 10th grader at Harding Academy and a published student author! Sophia is in Honors American Literature, Spanish Honors Society, Biblical Justice and Unity Committee, and Campus Life Ambassador.
