About This Activity
Sun Fish Children's Theatre nurtures young artists by fostering creativity, self-discovery, and confident expression. Through dynamic workshops, personalized instruction, and meaningful performances, we empower each child to explore their unique voice while building community connections through the transformative power of theater. Elementary Theatre Program Our foundational program immerses young performers in imaginative storytelling through hands-on creative drama, character exploration, and expressive movement. In a supportive and inspiring environment, children develop essential skills including narrative techniques, stage presence, character portrayal, and performance confidence through engaging songs, stories, and poetry. Each student discovers their artistic potential while building friendships and celebrating the joy of shared creative expression. This class is taught by SunFish Theatre owned by Jennifer Aycock Harding parent and former Harding Academy Theatre Director. Mrs. Aycock is currently the Director of Theatre at Christian Brothers High School.
