From learning about classification of animals or our wild careers, to participating in a hands-on dissection, your child can take part in various opportunities for homeschool families throughout the school year. Simply check out our calendar, find a class that you would like to attend, and register! November 18- Zambezi River Hippo Adventure (3rd-5th grade recommended) The Zambezi River is home to a diverse group of animals in Africa. In this program, we will talk about the animals you can find in our Zambezi River Hippo Camp exhibit, get a virtual peek behind-the-scenes with the one and only Zoo Dude, learn about the river system, and understand how animals (like hippos) can thrive in a river habitat!
