About This Activity
Step into The Headquarters Lab, where the colorful world of Inside Out comes to life through high-energy STEM experiments! Our "Memory Engineers" will master the chemistry of emotions by creating glowing "Joy" jars, bubbling "Anger" volcanoes, and "Disgusting" polymer slimes. Throughout the week, kids will explore the science of the brain while building their own collection of glowing "Core Memories." It’s a vibrant, hands-on adventure designed to show that every emotion—and every scientific discovery—is a vital part of who we are! Ashley Gross teaches this class. Ashley has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies with experience in primary care and emergency medicine. She is currently teaching science courses in the Upper School at Harding Academy. She is a mom to three little Lions.
