About This Activity
Description
Great basketball class for young athletes to develop their basketball abilities. Each week we will break into stations to focus on different plyometric drills, defensive techniques, dribbling drills, and agility exercises. this class is designed to improve fundamental skills while having fun learning the game of basketball.
