This class is a required credit for graduation and will be run virtually in an asynchronous format. It focuses on issues related to health and wellness in high school, college, and through adulthood. We will cover the seven areas of wellness including mental health, stress management, nutrition, alcohol/tobacco/other drug use and abuse, and human growth and development. This is a credit-accrual class that follows the same rigor as the class offered during the regular school year. Syllabus Information can be found here:
