Students will have access to a wide range of 2D and 3D materials of their choosing. The atmosphere of this course is meant to be open and inspiring, allowing students to create original work at their own pace. This course is perfect for any student who is interested in exploring visual art in their own way. Any students who thrive with support and structure will be provided with predetermined projects and art making processes. Art making stations available to students include a drawing and painting station with traditional and non-traditional materials, a sculpture station with found objects, and a jewelry station. Students will also have the option to tie-dye a piece of clothing or fabric towards the end of the course. *Class fee of $10 for project materials.
