About This Activity
Throughout its history, theatre has been used to speak truth to power and give voice to the voiceless. As book bans continue to rage across our country, theatre remains a great way to amplify those voices. In this camp, actors will explore the mechanics of scene study and advanced acting skills in a script reading session based around plays adapted from banned books.
