St John Fisher – After-School Football club KS1 After school Football Club will run Mondays between 3.30pm – 4.30pm commencing Monday 7th September. The cost will be £7 per session. This club is open to both girls and boys in Years 1 & 2, applications will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. There are 40 spaces available. Wet sessions will be classroom based if the hall is not available. First session: Monday 7th September 2026 Last session: Monday 14th December 2026 Dates: 7/9, 14/9, 21/9, 28/9, 5/10, 12/10, 19/10, 2/11, 9/11, 16/11, 23/11, 30/11, 7/12, 14/12 (14 sessions in total) The cost will be £98 for the Autumn 2026 term (£7 per session) This course will cover a range of different football skills including ball mastery, dribbling, ball control, turning, passing, attacking, defending and small sided games. Each session will have an element of individual skill development involved, as well as fun games and matches, where children will learn the importance of playing as part of a team.
