If you are registering a sibling ages 4 - 9, please use this option. Please note: One adult must register and remain onsite for each family with participating children under the age of 10. SPORTS OFFERED Baseball, Football, Soccer, Softball, Tumble/Cheer PAYMENT OPTIONS If you are requesting a scholarship, please do not complete this form until you have submitted a scholarship application (available at nubability.org) and received a scholarship code. Scholarships are only available for limb-different children. An installment payment plan is available: 25% deposit upon registration and two additional payments. SCHEDULE Check-in is at 8:00 am at the Lanny Frasier Middle School football stadium Saturday and 8:30 am Sunday. Camp hours are from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Saturday and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Sunday. LOCATION Lanny Frasier Middle School Football Stadium 2250 Scyene Rd Mesquite, TX 75149 COVID-19 POLICY All persons present at camp must pass a self-administered COVID wellness check.
