About This Activity
Join us for a fun day of activities at Scott Rakow Youth Center with the children from Silent Victims of Crime (Tinkerbell’s Children), children of incarcerated parents. Their mission is to assist children of incarcerated parents by improving their economic, educational and personal stability while empowering these children to make wise choices and contribute positively to society. Their vision is to break the intergenerational cycle of incarceration. We will spend a fun morning of activities with these children and then have lunch. We will participate with members of the Tribe, TBS’s young professionals’ group. Up to 15 volunteers. Will work with the Balls for Ballers project, number 17.
