Description
This is the next step for youth archers who are experiencedshooters and serious about taking their archery to the next level.JOAD is a developmental program that uses the USA Archerycurriculum. To be eligible to join the JOAD program, membersmust own their own bow, have completed at least two seasons ofthe Star Shooters Youth Archery program and be able to shoot ascore of 55 points or higher in that class (Exceptions can be madethose with substantial archery experience outside of the StarShooters program (e.g. NASP, etc.) JOAD registration cost includesstar pins earned and lanyard to hold them. Additional membershipin USA Archery (www.usaarchery.org) is highly recommendedand required to compete in most tournaments, but not requiredto initially participate in the JOAD program.
