Description
PACE is designed to develop and enhance boys social, emotional, and physical competencies to successfully navigate life experiences. Screened and trained adult volunteer coaches will teach the PACE curriculum focused on developing life skills through intentional conversation-based lessons and running games. At the end of the 10 weeks, boys will be physically and emotionally prepared to complete a 5K run. Learn more at www.ymcadetroit.org/pace
Please bring athletic shoes and a water bottle.
The culminating 5K is scheduled for Sunday, May 17th, at Lake St. Clair Metropark.

Attendance Policy: Please be aware that the expectation is that the participant(s) will be able to attend all sessions. However, we do know understand that sometimes it is not possible. The attendance policy is that no more than four (4) practices can be missed during the season.
WAITLIST PARTICIPANTS ONLY: Please note waitlisted participants are not charged until a spot becomes available on the team. So, please ensure that you have a valid credit on file. This will ensure that your child can be moved quickly to the team. You will receive an email notification that your child has been moved and your credit card has been charged.
