About This Activity
Description
This class is a fun blend of Taekwondo and Kung-Fu. Through the use of games, training aids such as bag kicking and padded swordplay, students have fun and develop motor skills, listening skills, and coordination.Instructor Mitch Mayberry has over five decades of training in the striking, grappling, and weapon arts. A multiple National/International Champion, Certified Martial Arts Master in over 10 systems, former National Head Coach and Sport Chairman, Fitness/Wellness Coach, and Senior Student of the Original Bruce Lee school.
