Do you know how to defend yourself? What would you do if someone tried to attack you? You will learn about your strengths & weaknesses, natural weapons, zoning, awareness, proper body mechanics & more. In a fun safe environment for all fitness levels & ages.Instructor Mitch Mayberry has over five decades of training in the striking, grappling, and weapon arts. A multiple National/International Champion, Certified Martial Arts Master in over 10 systems, former National Head Coach and Sport Chairman, Fitness/Wellness Coach, and Senior Student of the Original Bruce Lee school.
