About This Activity
Description
This three-week session continues, and advances concepts learned in Robotics 101. Students will learn advanced use of sensors and algorithms to improve their robots and their navigation, plan programs through pseudocode, learn to apply gear ratios, and learn to test and document. They will also learn fundamental principles of engineering through designing their own modifications to the robot.Completion of Robotics 101 is strongly recommended as a prerequisite.
The instructors (ages 15-20) are members of the Electric Wolves Foundation (EWF) of Mill Creek, and teach with the guidance of their advisor, Adam Melendez. To learn more about the EWF, visit electricwolves.org.
