High School / College Prep: Monday-Thursday (4 days/week). Looking to be ready for high school or college soccer season by tryouts? Led by high school and college coaches, our summer training program combines preparation for high school and college tryout fitness tests (mile, 1.5 mile, 2 mile, beep test, shuttle run, etc.) with the time on the ball needed to stand out on the playing field. Show up for your Fall season confident, fit, skilled, and ready to lead on the field. Full summer program includes a complete fitness and training program for home use on off days. Practices are roughly 50% fitness and agility and 50% soccer skills and game play. Last year's program helped more than 20 kids be selected for their high school teams including Severna Park, Archibishop Spalding, Severn School, Old Mill, Chessapeake, Broadneck, Arundel, Crofton, McDonogh School, and Mount St Joseph's. . Recommended for rising 8th graders and above. Weather related make-ups will be scheduled pending field / coach availability.
