High School / College Prep: Monday-Thursday (4 days/week). Looking to be ready for high school or college soccer season in August? Led by high school and college coaches, our summer training program combines preparation for high school and college tryout fitness tests (mile, 1.5 mile, 2 mile, beep test, shuttle run, etc.) with the time on the ball needed to stand out on the playing field. Show up for your Fall season confident, fit, and ready to lead on the field. Includes a complete fitness and training program for home use. Recommended for rising 8th graders and above.
