Led by the lead trainer for Loyola University Women's Soccer, our Soccer-Specific Strength, Agility, and Conditioning Program for middle and high school athletes is designed to build the physical foundation needed for elite performance on the field. This program focuses on age-appropriate development of power, speed, coordination, and endurance through soccer-relevant movements and drills. Sessions combine dynamic warm-ups, strength training using bodyweight and resistance exercises, plyometrics for explosive acceleration, and agility circuits emphasizing quick direction changes and balance. Conditioning work mirrors the demands of the game with high-intensity intervals and active recovery to enhance stamina and game-day resilience. The program not only improves athletic performance but also reduces injury risk, preparing players to compete confidently at higher levels of play. Each program will run weekly 75 minute sessions between December 1, 2025 and February 28, 2026 with no sessions schedule the weeks of Christmas and New Years (Dec 22-Jan 2).
