About This Activity
Description
Once the participant knows all basic and fundamental positioning and concepts from our Intro class, they will be moved to this class to continue to expand their knowledge and understanding of the sport and self defense aspects of Jiu jitsu. Classes include technique drills, games, and training, where our instructor will discuss the life lessons of martial arts.Participants are required to provide their own Gi and belt.
All classes are held at the Milliken Athletic Complex.

Class takes place Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00pm at the Milliken Athletic Complex (MAC).
*Refunds will not be issued after the first two classes.
