Learn basic fundamental skills for competitive and self defense grappling/Jiu Jitsu. Classes include technique drills, games, and training, where our instructor will discuss the life lessons of martial arts.Participants are required to provide their own Gi and belt.
There will be no classes the first week of July.
All classes are held at the Milliken Athletic Complex.

Class take place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-6:00pm at the Milliken Athletic Complex (MAC).
