About This Activity
Description
This class focuses on developing basic basketball skills in both offense and defense through fun, engaging exercises. Team concepts are introduced through games and scrimmages, giving participants a solid foundation as they progress toward more advanced game play. It's the perfect way to build confidence and teamwork while learning the fundamentals of the game!Please Note:- Participants should wear sports clothing.- Participants should bring a bottle of water.- No class held 4/5, 5/23 and 5/24.
