About This Activity
Description
This class is designed to enhance hand-eye coordination, footwork, and agility to improve coordination and balance. Pickleball is a mixture of tennis and badminton that requires a lot of cardio movements, which help build strength and stamina without putting too much stress on their bodies. It is a great way of staying active and helps develop social skills by engaging children in teamwork, communication, and much more.Please Note:- Class held at Gill Memorial Park Pickleball Court, Santa Rita Drive & Paseo Refugio, Milpitas.- Participants should bring comfortable clothes and running shoes.- Participants should bring a bottle of water. - For rain out hot line, please call 408-637-6090.- No class held on 2/16 and 4/13.
