About This Activity
Description
This class introduces young artists to the fundamentals of art through the exploration of lines and shapes. Children will create artwork inspired by familiar themes such as ladybugs, the sun, fish, and more, using simple drawing materials. As they learn to incorporate lines and shapes into their projects, they will also develop a steady hand for coloring. The class supports the development of fine motor skills, enhances focus, and builds the ability to follow instructions. Mediums used will include crayons, markers, and watercolors.Please Note:- A material fee of $10 is due to the instructor at the first class meeting.- Participants should wear clothes which can get dirty.- Participants should bring a bottle of water.
