About This Activity
Description
Our Beginning Field Archery and Archery Arcade Camp are combined to create this unique and exciting outdoor archery experience. This camp is for those with no experience and those who have some past experience. You will learn basic form, technique, rules, and safety while learning traditional archery, modern Olympic style, “Dude Perfect” trick shots, and more. Play fun games and shoot all kinds of targets ranging from various traditional competition targets, to 3-D animal targets such as zombies, balloons, and more! Classes are led by Daniel Tibbetts, who is a lifelong archer, Level 2 US Archery & FITA Certified Instructor, and Head Coach of California Archery Center.Please Note:- Camp held at Gill Memorial Park, Santa Rita Drive & Paseo Refugio, Milpitas.- A non-refundable material fee of $80 is due to the instructor on the first class meeting.- All equipment is provided in camp.- Participants should wear athletic clothing and shoes.- Participants should bring snacks and a bottle of water.- Long hair should be tied back throughout camp.
