About This Activity
Description
Kendo, "The Way of the Sword," is rooted in the sword techniques of the ancient Japanese warrior "Samurai." This martial art conditions the body and spirit through exhilarating and demanding exercises. This class is for both those who have recently graduated from the beginner course and experienced Kendo practitioners who can demonstrate proficiency in the fundamentals of KENDO. Instructor approval is required before enrollment.
