As part of the Milpitas Teen Center Mental Health Series, celebrate World Mental Health Day with a special opportunity to de-stress and recharge. Teens will participate in a guided meditation session followed by personal reflection and journal writing, promoting mindfulness and the importance of caring for your mental well-being.
