This fall, empower your child to explore the future of drone technology through a fun and skill-building STEM experience. While drones are transforming industries from delivery to disaster response, this camp focuses on the foundational skills behind them—coding and simulation. Campers will spend most of their time programming drones using both block-based and advanced coding tools, applying what they learn through immersive flight simulations that mirror real-world challenges. As they plan missions, debug flight paths, and test virtual scenarios, students will strengthen their critical thinking, logic, and problem-solving skills. Although the program includes opportunities to test code through live drone flights, the primary focus is on understanding the technology, software, and strategic thinking that power drone operation. No prior experience is required—just curiosity, creativity, and a desire to learn. Please Note:- A non-refundable material fee of $50 is due to the instructor at the first class meeting.- Participants should wear closed toed shoes and have their hair tied.- Participants should bring a bottle of water and nut free snacks.
