About This Activity
Description
Yoga is a great remedy that encourages children to relax and have fun while they develop not only strength, coordination, flexibility and balance, but also body awareness, concentration, and self-confidence. So come join our circle of friends as we will learn Yoga by playing and imitating animals, nature and using creative expression and storytelling. The class is taught by a specialized kids yoga instructor only.Please Note:- No class held on 4/19 and 5/3. - Participants should wear comfortable clothes. - Participants should bring a bottle of water and yoga mat.
