About This Activity
Our Summer Hockey Clinic at Sherwood Communty Centre in Milton offers a great mix of skill development and gameplay, providing campers the chance to learn Canada's favorite game in a fun and enthusiastic environment. During on-ice sessions players will rotate through different stations and small-area games, working on building fundamentals and improving their skills. Every day includes 2 hours of on-ice development with clear progressions in skating, stickhandling, shooting, and passing. Small-area games help players apply new skills under real pressure, encouraging quick decisions and smart puck movement. Players are split by age and ability so players are challenged appropriately and supported in a positive, competitive environment. Campers must be at least 7 years old and have some experience playing hockey. Limited spots available for goalies with goalie specific instruction included. Recreational Program Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change, but facilities, coaches, equipment, and uniforms are all organized well before the program begins and each registration plays an important role in making our programs run smoothly. For recreational programs, including weekly sessions, leagues, or school-year camps, excluding Academy teams, our cancellation policy is as follows: All cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 30-days before the program begins to receive a full refund. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee per registration. After the 30-day cancellation deadline, no refunds will be provided any program cancellations. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions or sickness.
